Took me 2 months to be sure but her coat is the best it's ever looked.
Dog's allergies acting up? Scratching all night?
You've tried the oatmeal shampoo. You've changed their food. You wipe their paws after every walk. You've been to the vet.
None of it lasted. The scratching always comes back. Every summer, the same raw patch and the same cone.
Half a teaspoon of Omega-3 Skin Oil on their food, once a day. It calms the irritation in the skin that makes them scratch. It also stops the skin drying out and flaking.
Give it every day and give it time. What you want back is simple: a dog that isn't scratching, skin that isn't raw, and a coat that looks like it should.
Most owners notice the coat first, around 2–4 weeks. Less scratching usually follows by 6–8 weeks, if they give it every day.
604 mg EPA + DHATwo ingredients. One calms the itch, one keeps it fresh.
Fish oil from anchovy, sardine and mackerel, plus natural vitamin E. Half a teaspoon gives 604 mg of EPA and DHA.
EPA
373 mg per serving. The part that calms itchy skin.
DHA
231 mg per serving. Works with EPA on skin and coat.
Anchovy, sardine & mackerel
Small fish. Cleaner than oil from big fish.
Natural vitamin E
Keeps the oil fresh so it doesn't turn in the bottle.
Half a teaspoon on their dinner. Less scratching in 6–8 weeks.
One bottle lasts about 40 days. The coat changes around 2–4 weeks, and the scratching eases from 6–8 weeks on.
Measure the daily amount
Use the chart below to find the right amount for your dog's weight.
Mix it into their meal

Results build with daily use. Most owners notice changes within 2–4 weeks.
Daily amount by weight
Half a teaspoon is 2.5 ml.
| Dog's weight | Daily amount | One bottle lasts |

What to expect
Every dog is different. This is what most owners tell us.
- Week 1 They lick the bowl Most dogs take to the taste straight away. No hiding it in cheese.
- Weeks 2–4 The coat changes first Softer, shinier, less loose hair on the sofa.
- Weeks 6–8 The scratching eases Fewer night-time sessions. Raw patches start to settle.
- Week 12 It stops being a thing you think about Most owners say this is the point they stopped checking.

Questions
Will this stop my dog scratching?
Yes. The omega-3 in fish oil calms the irritation in the skin that makes them scratch.
Most owners see the coat change around 2–4 weeks, and less scratching from 6–8 weeks on, if they give it every day.
My dog's a picky eater. Will they take it?
Most dogs love it. It smells of fish, which is the whole point. Pour it over wet or dry food and most will clean the bowl.
If yours is fussy, start with half the amount for the first few days and work up. Mixing it into something wet helps.
How fast will I see results?
The coat moves first. Most owners notice it softer and shinier around 2–4 weeks, with less hair on the sofa.
The scratching takes longer. Most see it ease from 6–8 weeks on, and it keeps improving the longer they stay on it.
Give it every day. Dogs who get it on and off don't get the same result.
Is it safe for my dog?
Yes. Two ingredients, both food: fish oil and natural vitamin E. No drugs, no hormones, nothing habit-forming, and nothing you need to cycle off.
It's for dogs over 12 weeks old. Too much at once can loosen their stool, which is why we say start small and build up.
If your dog is pregnant, nursing, or on medication, check with your vet first.
How do I use it?
Half a teaspoon on their food once a day if they're over 11 lbs. A quarter teaspoon if they're under 10.
Wet or dry, morning or evening, it doesn't matter. What matters is that it's every day.
One bottle is about 40 days for most dogs.

No raw patch behind her leg this year which is new for us.
Way less hair on the couch after about 3 weeks.
It works but it took way longer than I thought. I was looking for something by week 3 and there was nothing except a nicer coat. Around week 7 the scratching dropped off and now it's maybe once or twice a night instead of all night. 4 stars only because I almost quit and nobody tells you to be patient.
Cocker spaniel, his ears were a constant thing. Much better since March.
Rottie's elbows aren't bald anymore. Took a while.
Our frenchie is the reason nobody in this house sleeps. She'd start on her belly around 2am and that was the night over. We're about 2 months in and most nights she settles now. She also licks the bowl, which she has never done with anything.
Decent. Coat improved, itching only a bit better for us.
Half a teaspoon on her dinner, she doesn't even notice it's there. Skin is way calmer.
Way fewer scratching sessions at night by week 6. We're both sleeping.
I've got 3 and only the youngest had the skin stuff, but I just give it to all of them now, easier than measuring different things for each. All 3 coats look better. A bottle doesn't last long in this house but it's cheap enough I don't really care.
Mixed it into wet food, gone in seconds. Skin looks less angry.
Husky sheds less and scratches less. Didn't expect both.
Works. Just give it 2 months before you decide.
I stopped giving it for about 6 weeks over Christmas because I forgot to reorder. The flaking came straight back and she started on her ears again. Been back on it 3 weeks and she's settling down. That was enough to convince me honestly.
Old girl, 11, her coat had gone dull. It's got some shine back.
He hears the bottle and comes running. Coat's shiny too.
Lab mix, itchy his whole life. 6 weeks and he's leaving his paws alone.
Goldendoodle, 3 years old, scratched constantly and kind of smelled like it. 4 weeks in the coat was noticeably softer. 8 weeks in and the scratching is almost nothing, and the smell went with it. Buying 2 at a time now so I don't run out again.
It helped, just not as much as I was hoping. Still better than the last 3 I bought.
Cheaper than the one my vet sells and she does better on it.
My boxer has chewed her front paws raw every summer since she was about 2. We did the medicated shampoo, we did the food trial, we did 2 rounds at the vet. Started this in April mostly because I was out of ideas. Her coat went glossy within a month and by the end of June she'd basically stopped going at her paws. First summer in 4 years we haven't had the cone out.
Two dogs, one bottle, both coats look better.
My fussy one eats it no problem, which never happens.
Dachshund's dandruff cleared up in about a month, wasn't even what I bought it for.
Started my staffy on this in March after a bad flare up. Took a good 5 weeks before I'd say it was definitely doing something. Her skin still isn't perfect, there's a patch near her tail that comes and goes, but we got through spring with no vet visit which hasn't happened before. Knocking half a star off because the first week gave her loose stool until I cut the dose back.
Took a while on the scratching but the coat changed fast.
Bought it for the itching. The coat is what I actually notice.
My groomer asked what I'd changed. Shih tzu, 8, always had that dry flaky stuff down her back and it's just not there anymore. She's shedding less too which wasn't the point but I'll take it. The bottle is small but you use so little it doesn't matter.
Beagle stopped going at her ears about 7 weeks in. Not perfect but it's a different dog.
Pit mix with hot spots every August. None last summer.
Got it for my aussie's itchy belly. About 6 weeks and she's a lot more settled.
12 year old golden, his elbows had gone bald and flaky. Vet told me to add fish oil and sold me one that cost about double this. Switched to save money and it's done more, which I wasn't expecting. Fur has come back in on one elbow and he's stopped grinding himself on the rug every night.
Been using it since January. No more flaky bits on her black fur.
Vet said get a fish oil, this is the one I landed on. No complaints so far.
Lasts about 6 weeks for my 30 pounder. Fine on price.
Honestly I didn't think it would do anything, we'd already tried 2 other fish oils off Amazon and neither did a thing. 6 weeks in my lab stopped chewing the base of his tail which is where he always went for. My wife noticed before I did. I've reordered twice now so there you go.
Smells like fish. Dog thinks it's a treat, no fight at dinner.
Westie, so you can imagine. She's calmer at night now and so are we.
She used to wake me up scratching. Doesn't really anymore.
